Restaurant Saaga
Bulevardi 36
Saaga takes you on a journey into the world of Finnish flavours.
Saaga means a story – and you are invited to become part of this story. The restaurant’s kitchen draws its inspiration from Finland’s rich culinary heritage, pure nature and the changing seasons. Traditional ingredients are combined with modern cooking in a way that brings out the very best of Finnish cuisine.
Forests, lakes, fields and fells offer a diverse abundance that has shaped Finnish food culture for centuries. At Saaga, these flavours are celebrated as fresh, pure and generous dishes.
The restaurant’s kitchen honours the gifts of Finnish nature – fish from lakes, berries and mushrooms from forests, and ingredients from fields and fells. Finnish food culture also includes many nutritious and healthy ingredients that can be called local superfoods. At Saaga, you can enjoy the flavours of wild nature, flavonoids and the pure strength of the North.
Saaga has seating for approximately 120 guests on two floors. Upstairs, there is also an atmospheric private dining room for around 10 guests.
