The driving force behind Stefan’s Steakhouse, Stefan Richter, is a Finnish-born top chef with a deep passion for food and premium ingredients. After running several restaurants in Los Angeles, Richter returned to Finland in 2010 to begin working with Restamax.

Today, he draws inspiration from his Savonian roots, the nature and forests of Suonenjoki, and self-sufficient farming. His Finnish heritage has always been a strong part of both his work and identity.
