Pizzeria 450°C

Located in Turku Market Hall, 450°C is known for its award-winning Neapolitan pizza. In spring 2023, the pizzeria was ranked among the 50 best pizzerias in Europe.

The name refers to the 450-degree oven in which the pizzas are baked quickly over a live flame. Made with Neapolitan flour, the dough is left to develop for at least 30 hours, giving it an airy texture and rich flavour.

The menu includes both tomato-based pizzas and white pizzas with a cheese base.
