Restaurant Demo

The idea was simple: make a down-to-earth restaurant for people to meet, spend time and laugh together. Then something surprised the audience: the food was simply astonishing. After receiving international attention, Demo was the first bistro-styled restaurant in Finland to receive a Michelin Star recognition. And we’ve held it since 2007.
