Seinäjoki Airport is a private airport maintained by Rengonharju trust. There is regular air traffic between Seinäjoki and Helsinki, operated by Finncomm Airlines. Also direct charter flights from Seinäjoki to southern holiday destinations began in the spring of 2009.
