We serve traditional, flavourful Finnish food, prepared in-house from start to finish. One of our long-standing favourites is the legendary Puerto Rico Pan, seasoned with our secret blend of spices. Our 65-seat restaurant features a cosy bar and dining room, as well as a charming courtyard terrace during the summer.

At Ohranjyvä, you can experience a piece of Tampere’s history alongside authentic Finnish flavours. We are a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant for everyone—a place to quench your thirst, satisfy your hunger and perhaps even run into a familiar face.

Our weekly entertainment includes bingo and quiz nights. Once a month, we host the legendary Läskisoosi Day, and on the first Friday of every month, we celebrate Steak Friday. As these special events are very popular, booking a table in advance is highly recommended. We also occasionally host live music.
