Trekkings and activity holidays in eastern Finland

Upitrek oy, founded in 2000, is a nature travel company and registered tour operator whose clientele is mostly made up of international travelers. The company is specialized in guided week-long hut-to-hut trekkings and other activity holidays in Eastern Finland. We offer eg. cross-country ski and snowshoeing tours, hiking, cycling and canoeing tours, multiactivity holidays, family holidays, self-drive programmes and school camps. For many programmes guaranteed departure dates are provided. Tours are also organized for groups on request and they can be tailored to meet a group’s interest.

Upitrek also operates as DMC of the Wild Taiga (www.wildtaiga.fi) tailoring packages which combine products from different companies of the Wild Taiga area. A customized package can include services such as wildlife watching and activities, transport, equipment hire and events.
