The restaurant’s father Camillon’s food is made for three gastronomic seasons. In the autumn you will be delighted with game, mushrooms, roots and fish. In the winter all the warm and deep flavors gain the main role. Even the wines are full of fullness. In the menu, not only is it lighter, but also greenery and grill have a greater role. Wines bubbled in the summer and rosemary was raised to the table.
