Museum of Karelian Resettlement

Finnish Settlement Museum was opened in 2000, and seeks to preserve and uphold the settlement farms, and the memory of people who lived to tell the story of what was life on farms prior to the information society. Settlement Museum is also a tribute to the people who cleared and cultivated land after the war created a base for a better tomorrow, and well-being.
