Ahjo Art Centre

Art Centre Ahjo is located in the centre of Joensuu next to the Joensuu Art Museum in a building protected for its old cultural history.

The Art Centre has two galleries where exhibitions are held, the Sysi Gallery (164m2) and the Koksi Gallery (56m2). Exhibitions in the galleries usually change every three weeks. The Art Centre Ahjo also organises cross-cultural happenings, such as dance and theatre performances as well as poetry and literary readings.
