Located in central Turku, Roster is a bistro-style restaurant whose team includes renowned chef Kape Aihinen, also known from television. The restaurant is housed in the historic Maaherran Makasiini building, constructed in the 1830s.

The menu features meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, with a wide range of dietary requirements carefully accommodated. Guests can complement their meal with either a wine or beer pairing.

The two-storey restaurant has seating for 80 guests, a summer terrace and wheelchair-accessible entry via a platform lift. In addition to dinner, Roster serves lunch on weekdays.
